CDL Classes.

We are offering Pre practice Sessions in preparation for the Class A CDL Test.  Currently we are set up for Automatic lessons only but will be adding Manual soon.  The fee is $75 per hour (pay when you drive) or we can arrange 6 lessons for $400.  

Adults will use our Semis and insurance.  

We will prepare the student for the drive test with the DOT.

Student needs to have a valid Iowa Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP)

COMMERCIAL LEARNER’S PERMIT (CLP)
  • You must have a CLP for at least 14 days before getting an initial CDL or a CDL upgrade, if it requires a skills test.
  • You can’t take a skills test during the first 14 days after issuance.
  • Scheduling a skills test when issuing the CLP is OK, as long as it is scheduled 15 days or more after the CLP was issued.
  • Your CLP is valid for one year from the date of issuance, with no renewal period.

You will be provided a receipt.
